Basic Ergonomics for Sewing 

Instruction in basic ergonomic theory is the subject of my first lecture topic. The purpose of this is to introduce the home stitcher to the subject of ergonomics and how it relates to what they do.  My goal is to have the membership of every guild consider ergonomic theory and apply it to their home sewing space. 

Over the past few years I have researched and reviewed products available in the market place to support the well being of the home quilter/stitcher.  I will make these products available for sale to your guild membership.
