We offer lectures for small or large groups to teach you and your friends Basic Ergonomic Theory and how to apply it to your sewing efforts, Basic Process Flow Principles related to sewing, and Easy Organization of your fabric.

We will also travel to your guilds show events.  We bring items to support your body while sewing.  Some of our items you may have seen at large quilt, craft, and sewing shows, some you may have seen in a shop.  All of them are to help support your body and your stuff to reduce fatigue and support organization.  Please contact us your show information.
